1st visit to London! Our driver’s name was Clifford! He kept in touch with me through the day to make sure with flying everything was going correctly. We actually was early checking in to our room and was able to start the 4 hour tour earlier. He was very knowledgeable with the history of London and we really enjoyed listening to what all he to say about the different sights we saw! He asked me before thru texted what we wanted to see and I told him whatever he believes we need to see because this is the 1st time here and might never make it back. This is the second time I have used Viator and would higher recommend them. Both times I have used them the driver would pleasant and knowledgeable!

Great Black Cab Tour in London I believe the Black Cab tour with Richard was the perfect way to begin our trip in London! He was prompt and picked us up at our lodging. He 100% made the tour easy and allowed us to see the fabulous London landmarks with history that he brought to life. He showed us well known treasures and lesser known places with stories and legends that made the tour fun, exciting and left us wanting more. We couldn't believe how quickly the tour ended. We went on a Saturday morning when traffic was lighter which allowed us into areas like Buckingham Palace area, St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey area, the Tower of London, the Tower Bridge without fighting any crowds. He also showed us areas with remnants of the bombings of WWII, places where the Royals acquire their clothes, and part of the wall the Romans built around the city before 200 AD!!!! He was friendly and happy to ensure that we enjoyed our tour and let us know that we could contact him if we had questions later. This was the perfect way to get an understanding of the lay out of the city of London and really have an excitement for landmarks, museums and tours we had scheduled later in the week. I highly recommend this tour especially with our guide Richard.

Highly recommend Lee was wonderful! Well versed in historic and current events. A true local! I would suggest booking a morning tour as traffic is less than afternoon. You can visit the Roman ruins near St Paul’s Cathedral after the tour.

Jim is outstanding! Very... Jim is outstanding! Very informed , personable and knows his way around. I highly recommend him for a day or half day tour. We booked four hours and got in more than you can imagine without feeling rushed. Book this guy. You won't regret it.

Go Birds! Reuben was amazing! Very knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. We had a mobility scooter and he was very accommodating and helpful. By the end of the tour he felt like family. Go birds!🦅
