- Marketing preferences: whether you have asked to receive or stop receiving marketing.
How and why we use personal information
- To answer enquiries, provide quotations and manage bookings. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request and performing our contract with you.
- To provide customer service, protect the website, prevent fraud and improve our tours and website. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in operating and improving a secure business.
- To keep tax, accounting and other records required by law. Our lawful basis is compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share information with
We share only what is needed with trusted suppliers that help us operate, including website and email hosting, tour-booking and payment providers, analytics and advertising services where you have consented, review-display services, professional advisers and IT support. Our website currently uses services including Bokun for booking, Google Analytics for measurement and Trustindex to display reviews. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we require an appropriate safeguard, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections.
How long we keep information
We keep booking, payment and accounting records for the periods required by tax and other applicable laws.
