  1. Reservation Terms This document outlines the complete terms of the agreement between you and London Sightseeing Taxi Tours regarding bookings. A confirmed booking, acknowledged in writing, forms a contract between all individuals listed on the booking form and the London Sightseeing Taxi Tours. When London Sightseeing Taxi Tours functions as an intermediary for a tour operator, airline, or hotel, the terms and conditions of that specific service provider will apply to your booking.
  2. Pricing and Payments The prices listed on our current website are the ones that apply. Upon payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your booking and, if relevant, notice of any remaining balance. This balance must be settled by the specified deadline. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of your booking, potentially incurring cancellation fees, detailed further in this document. Bookings made at incorrect prices due to system errors are not considered valid or binding. Regarding Price Adjustments: Your travel costs might vary due to changes in transportation costs, such as fuel prices, taxes, service fees, or fluctuating exchange rates. If there’s a price increase within 30 days of your departure, we reserve the right to charge the additional amount. We will inform you in advance of any such changes, allowing you the option to cancel your booking. In such a case, you’re entitled to a refund, minus administrative and banking fees, provided you notify London Sightseeing Taxi Tours at least 24 hours before departure.
  3. Booking Cancellation Cancellations by you: A booking or a part of it can be cancelled after confirmation, but such cancellation is only recognized if communicated to info@londonblackcabtour.com. The cancellation fees are as follows: A full refund, minus a nominal administrative fee, is available if notified at least 24 hours before departure. A 70% refund is offered for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure. No refund is provided for cancellations communicated less than 5 hours before the tour starts. Our Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel your booking under certain circumstances. In such events, we will refund all payments you make or offer an alternative booking of similar value.
  4. Modifications to Bookings: If you need to alter any booking details, we charge a 10 GBP amendment fee per person for administrative expenses. The person who made the original booking must communicate all changes in writing. We also reserve the right to make necessary changes to your booking. We’ll strive to keep changes minor and will notify you as soon as possible. If a major change is required, we’ll inform you as soon as feasible. Major changes include significant alterations to the tour or a change in departure or return times by over twelve hours. In such cases, barring force majeure circumstances, you can accept the new arrangements or cancel your booking. We’re not liable for compensation if changes or cancellations occur due to unforeseen and uncontrollable events, such as war, strikes, terrorism, natural disasters, adverse weather, health emergencies, or unavoidable transport issues.
  5. Handling Complaints: If you encounter any issues during your tour, please first report them to a representative of the London Sightseeing Taxi Tours. To ensure timely handling, complaints should be reported within two months of your travel date. If the issue is not resolved satisfactorily, please forward your complaints to info@londonblackcabtour.com.
  6. Conditions for Third-Party Tours Our tours may involve third parties, and their specific terms and conditions will apply. While we try to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we cannot be held responsible for events outside our control. Travel arrangements with third parties, such as airlines or rail services, are subject to their own terms. We cannot be held liable if you are denied boarding or entry by these transport providers or authorities, especially in cases of undisclosed medical conditions or disabilities. If you’re unable to travel due to these reasons, we will apply full cancellation charges without any obligation for a refund or compensation.
  7. Travel Insurance Travel insurance is not included in our services. We strongly recommend that all customers obtain appropriate travel insurance for their trip.
  8. Departure and Pick-Up Guidelines Departure dates and pick-up times are subject to change. If you need to change your pick-up point, please inform us in advance. We advise punctuality for your pick-up, as we cannot be held responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to lateness. For collection points, please wait outside the designated hotel, and if unsure, contact us, preferably the evening before your tour.
  9. Tour Participation and Conduct We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave the tour if their behaviour is disruptive or offensive to others. We are not liable for the continued carriage of such passengers. Passengers must return to the tour at the stated time by the guide, and a grace period of ten minutes will be provided for latecomers before the tour proceeds.

Health and Special Requirements Please inform us at the time of booking of any special needs, disabilities, or recent serious medical conditions. If you plan to bring any specialist equipment like a wheelchair, it’s crucial to let us know in advance. Consult your doctor about your fitness to travel if you’ve had a recent serious medical condition.

Special Requests Although we cannot guarantee that we will meet all requests, we will do our best to accommodate them. Notifying us as early as possible of any special requirements is important.

Liability for Accidents or Loss We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or consequential loss caused except due to our employees’ negligence. In such cases, our liability is limited to the cost of the tour.

Third-Party Rights and Governing Law: Only parties to these terms have rights under them. Any disputes or claims related to these terms will be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
